Surprise Blessing

So yesterday I am minding my own business at work when I think to myself, Jac (that is what I call myself) you need to check your email. So I hit the send button (cause it doesn't come on its own) and I have a message from OBU. Now at the risk of misquoting I have decided to simply copy and paste the email I received.


Hi Jaclyn,

I just received word that our financial aid committee has awarded you a Ouachita Grant in the amount of $6,000. per year - congratulations! I'm so happy for you!

You'll be getting an official award letter sometime in the near future, but I wanted to go ahead and let you know! I hope this will help make things a little easier!

Now let me tell you that my grades aren't so hot so I NEVER applied for aides or grants or anything. This just fell into my lap. HOW AWESOME IS THAT?! Really All I can say is "Praise God!" WOW!

So now more than ever, I know where I'm supposed to be!
